Profile Property were chosen for this project due to our innovative thinking and approach to construction. This project had tight budget constraints which required a thorough assessment of the site and the development of a plan to provide the most cost effective method of construction. By retaining the external structure and building instead from within this former RSL club, significant cost savings totaling hundreds of thousands of dollars were made on demolition and rebuilding costs. This allowed the project to come to life as it brought the total costs within reach. Despite the budget constraints this project allowed for some innovative inclusions in particular the use of offset external sunshades providing warmth from the winter sun yet shade from the summer heat. The project used a number of raw elements including off-form concrete and finished up as a modern three story office building.
